Medium Pressure Regulator - Leaking

Hi,

got a Rambo - 0 to 207Kpa reg and went to test it out last night.
Can't get a seal between new gas hose and outlet on the adjustable reg.

Did it up as tight as I could, no dice.

Do I need to use tape / goop?

Join is 1/4" BSP Male to female.

Anyone else have issues with a leak here at this location?

If it has a round end that pulls up into a conical fitting then no tape but if not, then tape (or sealant paste/liquid) is a must. Use the yellow gas tape.
