Hey all I was wondering how much manuka wood chips to add to me modified kit beer,standard batch 23 ltr's, going to soak the woodchip in bourbon for 5 days then I'll either add to fermentor or rack the beer onto it, don't know which is the prefered method.
I have about 50gm manuka chip soaking, is this too much?..........I think manuka is similar to the teatree in aussy.
