Hey guys, is anyone tried to use a gas manifold for splitting on beer line ??
Building a kegerator, with maybe only one tap, but can fit 2 kegs and wanted to get it available without swapping connections.

Just put the kegs in series....gas into one keg, beer outlet to gas inlet, beer outlet to tap. Happy days.

Good thinking, but idea is to get 2 different beer out of one tap and swing between

I hope the beers are the same :)

I guess it should work. But I'd be concerned about cleaning the manifold. It will depend on what type. If it was made up of JG style valves and splitters, then okay, but if its a brass manifold block with ball valves... then no.

I got a triclover welded on a keg for 20$ in brisbane northside if save you the hassle....

Oups wrong post...
Yeah that was my concern.
Is anyone set it up this way?

Most run with kegs = taps + 1.

You could get a jg style 2 way splitter thing cheap enough.

For the pain of swapping the line why not just change your beer line over

Other option is a Pluto gun or picnic tap?

Probably gonna give it a go to JG splitter.
I got plutongun and picnic tap, but idea is to get the kegerator all copper ( font and top) font can be flooded and want ice on it!
So gun or picnic just gonna seems not fancy enough...
