I just got a camaberet kit from cheeselinks for my birthday and have a couple of questions.
1-how many litres of milk do you need to start out with 2 rounds
2-when making the starter how does everyone on hear hold it at 37 degrees for up to 12 hours?? I noticed the DVS can be added in powder form so would that be 20gm to 200ml cooled boiled water mixed well and added to the milk instead of making a starter?
