Quick question in regards to making a starter for raising yeasts.
How long can you store the starter wort for before using?
Should you rapid chill the wort in the sink or fridge or let sit in sterilised bottles at room temp until use.
Want to try yeast washing and culturing my Nottingham yeast when my Centenarillo Ale is ready to bottle next week.
