Man I love brewing.

Just mashed in around 4kg pale malt and a handful of crystal usingmy big w pot and a laundry bag (can't find the grain bag).

Adjusted temp to approximately 65 give or take a degree.

Will add some citra to the boil. Might measure that one more closely... Haha.

No recipe, no style, no judges, no worries!

Pro tip.

Laundry bags suck for mashing. Took forever to drain.

Rest of the brew turned out done.

Well done kdaust!
No stopping, no stopping for pause now in the everlasting all-grain march (expense-wise :p) towards brew-in-a-bag HERMS perfection & kegging. :icon_cheers:

Cheers Pete. Got a bit carried away with the alliteration in the topic title. I think it scared the others off. Either that, or it didn't live up to the hype... Pretty sad when not even Truman comments on your thread. Lol

No perfection required yet. Just tasty beer! I felt a bit like Alice down the rabbit hole for the first couple of brews. But now its just like cooking a big grain stew.

Love it. People don't realise how easy ag can be.
