Hey guys,

Decided to knock up a Lowenbrau recipe I was playing with, anyway so far so good. Until I added Enzyme to the fermenter.
Unfortunatly I had a brain freeze and put in slightly more enzyme than required.
I was suppose to put in 1ml and ended up with 18ml...

Should I basically throw it all out? Or let it ferment out and see what happens?
From what I have read and gathered, I'll end up with the worlds driest beer with absolutly no body!!!

I've attached the recipe, Any advise is greatly appreciated.

It would probably go well as a "radler" if you get a couple of bottles of Bickfords or Rose's yellow lime cordial and put a dash in each glass before serving. I wouldn't chuck it , see what it tastes like.

I am so dissapointed! After so much effort to at the end do such a dumb thing...

Well after 2 hours it has started bubbling the airlock.
