This beer has changed over the time...

Bottled versions are sometimes done at AIB. Large late addition of Cascade from memory... no other hops at that time... Just standard Pale Ale grist.

Maybe Damon wants a bit of Amarillo in there now? I know he no longer uses JW sprecialty malts, well at least that was the case last time I saw him. Dried yeast too.
