Never made one myself - and not even bi-curious.

Ingredients
1kg light liquid malt
1kg wheat liquid malt
2kg amber liquid malt
1 x caramunich grain pack
15g Northern Brewer hop pellets (17 IBU)
Half teaspoon (2g) of ginger powder
1 and a half teaspoons (6g) of all spice powder
Any good brown ale yeast
Method:
1. Steep grain pack in hot (not boiling) water
2. Add light liquid malt to approx 5L of water in a large stock pot. Bring to the boil.
3. Strain steeped grain out of water and add liquid to boiling mixture
4. Slowly add hop pellets to boiling mixture and boil gently for 60mins
5. Take off heat and add remaining liquid malts and gently stir in spices
6. Pour into fermenter and top up to 20L with chilled water
7. Add yeast and ferment at prescribed yeast temp.

For an all grain recipe what would the liquid malts be replaced with?
