Lemonade kit - expired

Hey all,

I bought this kit approx 14months ago when I got all my brewing gear, but never got round to it.



So it's been sitting in the cupboard, I've got a spare FV so figured why not do it. However I've just thought that the yeast be to far gone seeing as the sachet has 04-2014

I do have a yeast sachet from a coopers lager kit handy. Or should I grab setting else from the brew shop?

Also I was thinking of upping the dextrose to 1.5kg.

Not sure as the girls will be drinking this one.
