Left Over Taco Mince

I had tacos last night, and i still got plenty of taco mince left over. Ive been known to make pies using the leftover meat, or put it in toasted cheese sandwiches. Both are pretty awesome.

But what else do you guys do with leftover taco mince??? Gimme some ideas...

i mix it with rice and cheese and chilli powder and mix it all in so the cheese melts.
Or i just mix it with rice and take it to work for a cold lunch.

I prefer to have the tortilla wraps/leb bread roll up thingys as i hate how to tacos crumble and cant get a goot bite onto them

Yep, gotta agree. I like to read about what people are eating from time to time but this topic should stay off the latest threads area.

But I like taco mince in my tacos, or maybe on toast in the morning. With strong coffee.

i like all these new threads on food because they all go with beer and its always good to try new things to impress the missus. And then say its from AHB forums that way she doesnt get the ***** when everytime she walks past its AHB on the scren.

Maybe it's just an indication of the fact that those who've been around awhile hav'nt really got anything new or interesting to say any more.After all its the same ol Q's with same ol answers pretty much.

I just throw it on a plate and mix in the left over sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomato and salsa and have a bit of a taco orgy on a plate.

Secondary option would be feeding the dog with it. But not today after she dug into the pool area and ripped open one of the banana lounges.
