that's just it Mr.Bond. Not much new in the world of brewing really. Amazing that some people think they're the first to think of adding fruit to a brew or something like that.
A friend of mine has only posted 4 times on this site. He says he doesn't need to ask questions because all the answers are already here.

The cheese and sausage making threads are great, but should be coupled with the remainder of the brew food thing off topic.

AGREED, these differing topics are fine and i like to read them [everynow and then]
but i really think the food section should be under "off topic" and kept out of the recent topics list..!
you can log on some days and the recent top 10 threads consits of 2 brewing related things and the rest about food or polls about the size of your penis in relation to the age of first alcoholic drink......

Wow. Apologies for starting such a controversial thread. But I was under the impression this section was for talking about food ya eat when drinking beer... and as I was sitting on the lounge drinking a beer, eating my leftovers, it seemed somewhat appropriate.

With that being said, I can see your point of view. This forum is about home brew, not food, so maybe making the non-beer related stuff less prominent isn't such a bad idea.

Anywho... thanks for the suggestions. Mexican lasagne sounds like a brilliant idea... might have to give that a try some time...
