Hey guys,

Just wondering...

I am making a lager which I fermented at about 10 deg C, then gave it a few days of 20 degrees for the Diacetyl rest, and then chucked it in the fridge at 5 deg C for cold conditioning to clear it up, and am now bottling...

Do I keep the bottles warm for a week to allow secondary fermentation? or can I just put them straight in the fridge for lagering?

Thinking about this now...I'm going to guess they need to be kept warm for a week...

Cheers.

Yes...room temp for two weeks to allow the yeast to carbonate your beer.

BTW your ferment temp was spot on but your D-rest need only get up to 12 or 13C.
