I have a recipe that calls for #25 stout booster and #74 kit converter - what is in a kit converter and will it make a difference?
Thanks
Bek

Kit converters are usually additions of maltodextrin, dry malt, dextrose and hop pellets. They do make a diff to a stock can and bag....give it a run and see the diff for yourself!!

but as for what is actually in them, and in what proportions - brewcraft don't tell.

Thnks guys - i will try it out - my dad was saying that its probablly just the same as the stout booster and they just want to sell extra stuff but i wont know till i try it out.
Have a good new years eve and leave some brew to drink tomorrow!
