The misses picked 5 cans of Coopers Canadian Blonde, at around 7 bucks each, so drinking buddy convinced me to try a recipe that he and his mates used a few times.

Using one can of blonde
2 kilo raw sugar
Juice of one lemon

Gave it the name of "Dirty Blonde"

Beer was fermented at around 24C average, racked with a teaspoon of gelatin when fermetation finished, and then kegged about 30 hours later.

Force carbed after 24 hours and tried.

Result was a clear beer, that has a good head when poured, tastes a bit like Haan Ice, and kicked like a mule. Sore head today.

Has any of you ever used sugar, raw, or white in your brews and what results are you getting?

Cheers Ivan :icon_cheers:
