Without adding it all up, The Premium Kegerator option seems like a decent price for what you get. Perlick 650ss are nice taps,Tesuco reg is a good reg and you get a full cylinder which is worth about $150 alone.

It obviously doesn't come with a fridge or freezer though, so this is your main concern. Have you got one in mind already? Also, you'll probably want more kegs down the track, but these can be added later.

bit pricey. Keep your eye out on AHB, gumtree and ebay for used units.

Or start putting it together yourself. I would go a keezer before a keggerator just on running costs but you do what you can get your hands on. A fridge can be easy to get your hand on. A couple of taps and a couple of holes and your most of the way there. The kegs, gas bottle and reg is where it gets expensive.

Looking for a 200-300 l chesty at the moment, one big enough to maybe double as a fermentation freezer that could fit two 30 l fermenters, trying to find something suitable at the moment.

I might be stating the obvious here, but how are you planning to ferment at one temp and dispense at another?

Might need a cheap fridge for fermenting methinks.
