Morning all and happy new year.
I've left myself short on kegs due to Christmas and have thirsty friends over tonight and I only have a 3/4 full keg which will probably go early. My question is: is there a downside if I keg a brew this morning that probably has another day to go?
I'd hate for everyone to switch to wine half way through the night as it may knock a few out prior to midnight (including myself) as we tend to drink it like beer.
Any opinions appreciated.

Should be ok.
When we moved earlier this year, I had no beer. So made a quick ale. It went from grain to keg in 4 days and drank it on the 5th.
It wasn't the best beer I've made and was very cloudy, but still drank well.

Hope that helps some what.

Shouldn't notice a big difference if f.g. is a little high.

I say get it intaya
