What is everyone's favourite beef jerky recipes?
I use
4 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
4 table spoons soy sauce
1 table spoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
Salt and pepper
And sprinkle with ground chilli

Merc's 'cooking with beer' book has a recipe that I really like. I tweak it a little every time I do jerky. Sounds uncomfortable doesn't it
