Hi all, Im thinking of making a japanese dry lager (something like Asahi). The recipe is saf lager s23, Beermakers lager, 500gm Japanese blonde malt, #10 brew blend, saaz hops and hallertau hops. But does anyone think I will need dry enzyme?

possibly.
 
I may be wrong, but doesnt beermakers lager come with a dry enzyme....if not it would be advised to get some.
