Hi Guys,
I'm after some ideas on a Kit and Kilo (will be using hops additions and decent fermentables and a good yeast) to make something similar to James Squires Pilsner. I've got an IPA down at the moment but have just scored the Mashmaster Temp controller so it's time for some cooler brewing.
