Hey Ive googling around trying to find answers to somehow know if my brew is fermented out

Ive made my brew actually it was the snowy mountain pale ale from brewcraft :

1 Can Pilsner Blonde
1 Can Light Liquid Malt 1.5kg
and hops

Using the Muntons Gold yeast I pitched at a gravity reading of 1045 @18c, six days later I heard bubbles stop let it sit for a few days then took another reading of 1020 and 18c.

Does all this sound good? I didnt want to bottle with some dormant yeast lying around...

Cheers

that doesnt sound like it finished. try swirling the fermeter a bit and raise the temp up a couple of degrees. this should get thigs going again.

If you're batch was about 22.5 litres you'd expect that to get down to 1.012.

Trust me when I say 1.020 is way too sweet for a pale ale. It'll stick on your tongue and be pretty cloying.

Gently rock the carboy to get some yeast suspended again to help fermentation along. You've got a couple points to go. :icon_cheers:

Edit: BEERHOG clicked a couple minutes before me. ^_^

sweet ... i'l try rocking it again

I knew it didnt taste right too!!
