Aren't you worried about aeration?
Aeration before pitching the yeast helps to promote healthy yeast and fermentation. It's only after the yeast has been pitched that you want to be carefull not to oxidise the wort.
Aeration is still to be avoided when the wort is hot. Not to open a can of worms or anything.
