G'day All,

I've got another recipe to run by you as I'm throwing together an order today. It's an Irish Stout.

I'm not sure about the bitterness of the kit, in Beersmith I threw it in as 20g of 10% AA. The spec on their site says 560IBU undiluted, not sure how to translate that into Beersmith yet.

I'm going to BIAB this one as well in the same manner as the APA I posted earlier.

Any thoughts?

Cheers.
