Two tap keezer is just about done. I've got a nice IPA in the cube ready to go and was thinking about what I should pair this with. Probably needs to be something that uses an ale yeast as I use the keezer as a fermentation chamber and will do both at the same time. Was thinking a kolsch but most of tried are still on the too fruity side for me. Anyone know of a kolsch yeast that will give a drier result. Alternative, could go down the faux lager route.

Thoughts?

Bitter/Mild/ESB w/ 1469

US Wheat w/ 1010

Saison w/ 3726

Faux lager w/ 1272

I've used all besides the 3726 with an IPA/APA with good results. Ferment them cooler to keep the esters down for the IPA.
