Fellow Brewers,

I'm trying to design my own IPA now that I've tried a few different recipies from on here, as well as a few commercial varieties.
My thoughts at the moment were as follows

3kg Dry Malt Extract
500gm dextrose
150gm Caraamber
150gm Carared

30gm Magnum @ 60 mins
30gm Amarillo @ 30 mins
30gm Citra @ 30 mins
30gm Citra dry hopped @ day 4
30gm Amarillo dry hopped @ day 4

Thoughts/suggestions/comments anyone?

I would move the 30 min hop additions to 10min Amarillo and 0min Citra or some combo of each at 10 and 0. Then adjust the 60min amount to hit your IBU target. Batch size?

I'm looking at doing a 23 litre batch.
That will give me a keg full and a few bottles to take to bbq's

Recipe looks quite good to me magnum is a good bittering hop and not too harsh in young beer.
Lots of late hops should give a good citrusy flavour.

I did a toucan with Magnum bittering and Nelson Sauvin flavouring could have done with even more very late hopping the NS is not predominant.
