Infection?

Most beers I make end up with this once krausen is gone small white spots , what u guys think?

how does it smell??? if it's smells bad i wouldn't drink it, if it smells all right go for it...

i've been lucky enough never to have had an infection but my brother has been troubled by them, his were more of a white film over the entire surface though, turned out to be his water supply. (old rainwater tank)
