I know this is completely off topic but I am selling my Apple Ibook laptop and thought I would let the folks of AHB know as you may be interested or know someone who is.

I am selling on ebay but if you wish to buy I can cancel the auction (this is an advantage to me as i dont get charged a selling fee) and we can organise something offline.

no offence but you're asking way to much. i have a 12" 1.5Ghz powerbook and i wouldnt expect more than $900-1000 for it. no one is going to want an old, deprecated ibook for $1500 when they can get a shiny brand new core2duo widescreen macbook for $1750 (or even less if they're willing to lie that they're a student)
