Hi guys im Simon from north west Melbourne. Ive been brewing for about 5years or so, AG for the last 3. My system is a bit of a franken brew setup that has been built on the cheap. HLT and boiler run electric kettle elements, 12V brown pump to lift hot liquor to mash ton (cheap esky with braid filter) gravity does the rest. Ive only ever brewed by myself so I probably do loads wrong, Lol. Just built a a dodgy mill so am keen to try milling at home. Next step better fermentation temp control.

Welcome to the forum. Seems like you have gone to a lot of effort to scale up over the last couple of years. You will find that temperature control will make a huge improvement to your beer because you can make the most of the yeast characteristics.
