Hey all..
Trying to brew something with in your face hop flavour/aroma without being too harsh. Have done this brew before with about 30% less hops and it was not a bad brew. Just wanting your thoughts on the hopping rates, I know galaxy can be pretty full on sometimes, the hops are very fresh and are supposed to have an obscene amount of aroma. Do you think it will be over the top? Input would be heaps appreciated.
