How Long To Age A Weizenbock (doppelbock)

I used the wyeast 3333 in my last Weizenbock, fermenting at 18C and found that it was very subdued compared to the 3068.

I would recommend going a bit higher temp wise if you want to use this yeast.
 
i like 380 as well - just about to brew a standard hefe with the wyeast equivalent, mainly chose it to minimise the banana cause i dont have temperature control and will be probably brewing at 23. wlp300 would get pretty bananaish at that temp
