Have made up 15L as per instructions and had an overnight clean of all brewing items.
I now have a fair amount (1l squirty bottle and 10l in a fermenter) kicking around. Can i use it next weekend or is it just better to ditch it and start agin next week.
I have read somwhere that its ok as long as it is not cloudy. Anybody have any experience at using it repeatedly?
Am thinking i may just ditch it as in the greater scheme of things it aint overly pricey.

It is OK as long as the PH of the starsan solution stays below 3. Keeping the stuff in a sealed container will help, as will starting with RO or distilled water. You probably read about Starsan being ineffective when it turns cloudy in John Palmer's book, although I've not kept a batch around long enough to see it go cloudy.

So as for brewing next weekend? If you have a PH meter go ahead and test it but I think you'd be fine. There's enough people (particularly on the US boards) who keep the stuff around for months before changing it.

I keep mine for between 4-6 months. It depends on how dirty it gets (lint & cat hair) before I change it. I've been instructed by the shop where I buy mine only to mix it with RO water, and that's what I do. I haven't had a batch get cloudy yet, but if I extended the time between changes I'd probably see it get cloudy eventually.

I keep mine in a sealed 5 gallon plastic pail.
