How long should I leave brews to second ferment in the bottle, before putting them in the fridge?
Will fridging them stop them from "Ageing", i.e keep them at 2 weeks old forever?
Or should I leave them to ferment for at least 6 weeks before fridging?

Cheers

Stu

leave them out till you need em, every week I put 1 bottle in the frige totry, after about 4 weeks they were clear and very good, after 6 weeks they had improve marginally, do if you can leave em out for 6 weeks, for my limited experiance, they will be superb, but if you wont to drink em after 2 weeks they will be fine :)
