Hi guys,

I'd appreciate any feedback.

SPICED WINTER WARMER:

OG: ?
FG: ?

Ale Malt:- 7kg
Crystal:- 340g
Roasted Barley:- 115g
Mash @ 67deg

Horizon or Magnum Hops
30g @ 60 mins

Cinnamon (ground, dry), 1/2 tsp @ 1 min.
Ginger (ground, dry), 1/4 tsp @ 1 min.
Nutmeg (ground, dry), 1/8 tsp @ 1min.
Allspice (ground, dry), 1/8 tsp @ 1 min.

Yeast:- Wyeast 1028 London Ale, or Safale S04

Consider adding some or all of those spices during the secondary ferment. Also consider getting the ingredients whole - ie, cinnamon sticks, fresh ginger root, nutmeg seeds (or, alternatively, mace - the outer shell of nutmeg), and pimiento (the whole Allspice berry). Both those steps could enhance the flavour significantly.
