Anybody made an attempt at one of these. The Schnieder version was 8.5% ABV , thier normal yeast with heavy dry hopping with Saphir (if memory serves me correct). I was thinking of a local dry hop combo, maybe Pacific Jade & Galaxy?

Bump.
Anyone know the ballpark IBUs on this stuff?
Les?

Ah - google is your friend.
ABV 8%, IBUs 40.
