Hi guys,

planning on putting down a brew tonight with ingredients i have on me. Just wondering what people thoughts are on this hop schedule. I dont really have any idea, just trying things. can anything be improved? Ive got stacks of nelson and centenial and also got 20grms of amarillo.

looks ok but way low on bitterness for me. If it's coopers LLME it'll finish more like 1014-16 so the IBU/SG ratio will make it too sweet. Don't use whirfloc in extract.
 
yeah I'd up the bitterness to maybe 35 IBU, looks good otherwise
