FYI, I will have some rhizomes for sale of my excess if any of you are interested as I have to relocate my plants. By tomorrow I will know what inventory I will have.

I havent brewed for yonks, and very little cheesemaking or anything else. Too flat out with work, wife, 2 littlies and life in general!!


Having said that. I hope to get on some acreage shortly and pretend to be a farmer....

Any feedback on the "Victoria' ? not familiar with that one at all.

And it has a real nice spicy aroma too. I would like to use a really low frequent hopping schedule for a ASA or APA to see how it goes. Even POR (fresh) can be a useful flavour and aroma hop in low quantities.


This is why I grow hops - you can benefit more than most brewers as you have REAL harvest fresh hops.
