After finishing reading the Kolsch Classic Beer Styles book, I got interested in the older Kolsch recipes that are mentioned in the book (apparently named Hop Bitter Lager Bier)
Eric Warner goes on to say at one point something about if you are still reading and considering brewing this one then you are a bit out there. So of course I have to do it :lol:

GDay Doc that is almost identical to my last Kolsch although I used Perle for all hop additions, it was a fantastic brew.
It one that I am going to do again, but now it might be at the top of the list best of luck to you.
