I've had a look thru some forums but havnt found the exact info needed...coles are deleting their home brew stock (found that out in one forum) and 2 tins I picked up I got for $2.82 each...one being a tooheys lager and a coopers stout. Question being both of these are a month or so out of their best before...are they still fine to use (yeast included)...taste/flavour of it won't change much would it if at all? And 2nd question which I sort of read in one forum but didn't find what I needed to know...coopers be1 and 2 and tooheys liquid brewing sugar 1kg tin...is the liquid sugar the same as using a 1kg packet of be1 or 2? I bought the tin as it was going cheaper because of stock deletion and thought I'd use it rather than either of the beh's...good idea?
