Hoegaarden Yeast Starter

can someone please give me a dummies step by step guide to making a yeast starter from either a schofferhofer or hoegaarden beer bought from a bottle shop. this will be my first attempt.

Could you also use White Rabbit or Bellarine Brewery beer as a starter?
