Hi all

Getting back into brewing after about 28 years and have realised how much I didn't know then!

Been encouraged by a really good mate who has been brewing for a while whilst he's not serving his country.

Loving all the new knowledge, books, internet and especially Youtube have been great, but asking others and learning from them has to be my favourite.

Love Pale Ales, hoppy, lovely strong, flavoursome beers :)

You're gonna love it. I came back to brewing after a roughly 20 year hiatus, and the level of knowledge, yeast, malt, hops and product that are all available to us now is just ---- INSANE!!! I mean, In 1992 it was a righteous achievement to have a fridge with a single tap in your garage. Now any ol' knob can do it, and serve beer as good or better than what you can usually get commercially. ENJOY!

Hi Greenman, enjoy the ride. I am starting back after a couple of years and a lot has changed, must be a whole new world for you.
