I saw a doco on craft brewing a few weeks ago and have been intrigued since. I used to do kit brewing so have a little experience. I can't wait to start up again and brew from scratch.

There's a world of flavours out there and all of them can be created at home.

Suggest you have a good read on the topics of BIAB and Temperature Controlled Fermentation.

It's not overly expensive to get started and none of it's hard if you give yourself a fighting chance with good ingredients & a little research.
