Hi all,

I'm a Coeliac Gluten free brewer located in Newtown, Sydney who's relatively new to brewing and looking to step up my process and recipes.

Welcome Nada. So what are you thinking of brewing? Kombucha? Millet stuff? I have a friend who won't partake in any alcoholic beverages because they say it is not worth it.

Hi Nada. I'm a cealiac as well but am able to drink gluten reduced beer using clarity Ferm. Doesn't work for all Cealiac's though. I'm keen to try brewing some gluten free beers in the future so look forward to hearing of any gluten free ag recipe's.
