Heyas, long time drinker, first time brewer from Mildura here.
So much information to take in at this stage, but all good things are worth the effort.
I've just started my first kit brew, and I'm guessing the 22-28 degree temperatures in my laundry will be having some impact on the fermentation.
I'm looking forward to brewing some Weihenstephaner-style hefe weissbier in the future, that stuff is ambrosia.
