Help With Promash

Im gonna do this recipe and am trying to put it into promash.

Grains - 3500gms German Pilsner Malt
1500gms German Melanoidin Malt
450gms German Cara Dunkel (Dark Crystal Malt)
400gms German Cara Helles (Light Crystal Malt)
150gms German Wheat Malt
Adjuncts - 450gms Clear Belgian Candi Sugar
450gms Amber Belgian Candi Sugar
450gms CSR Golden Syrup

I need some help with the cara dunkel and the golden syrup. Dunno what to use for cara dunkel and for the golden syrup should i just use honey?

What are you trying to make Keifer? 1.5kg of Melanoidin is way out for any beer. Let us know.

Its for a forbidden fruit clone... so what, like 500grams Melanoidin? Up the pilsner to compensate for the lost grain?

Still looking for CaraDunkel, looks to be ~85-95 EBC, my thoughts thus far have it around the same potential as Carahell...but I'll keep looking

Edit: Apparently Ken (GMK) is the man, appears in forbidden fruit recipe he did many moons ago...though he did say that, now that I read his post again

Edit2: Though the Grain and Grape site suggests ; Caramel Dunkel 100-150.
Might be worth giving them a call to find out the extract potential

Wasn't any last week either.

Problem is they aren't running any new episodes in the US of A either, because of baseball scheduling on FOX or some crap. It's so frustrating that most of the "latest" series and the next series are all finished.

Golden Syrup is pretty close to treacle or even molasses? Not sure if eitehr of them are in Promash.
