Hi I'm Duskrunner, finished uni recently and decided I wanted to start making some mead for fun. Have just started my first brew of 'Beginner's mead' today, though I added about half a dozen juniper berries for greater complexity. Fingers crossed it works out. Hi Duskrunner!! Welcome aboard mate.
I'm not a mead drinker or brewer so I know little to nothing about mead, but that's interesting with the juniper beans.
