Hi,

Havent brewed for 10 years but been watching a lot of youtube and reading blogs, bought john palmers book and just bought a grainfather and looking to get going at weekend.

Nothing like jumping in the deep end and starting with all grain.

Would really like to make something first up like the James Squire amber ale .... my current favourite.
any recipes that have come close to cloning would be appreciated?
