Fruit wine used to be a big thing in Oz when I arrived here in the 1970s, before cleanskins and wine casks came in. Mmmm passion pop :icon_drool2:
There's still big fruit winery in Bundaberg - Mango wine, pineapple wine etc.
Dad and I used to pick masses of elderberries in the UK and make elderberry port.

Welcome to the obsession.

Your in a good spot to enjoy and learn more about HB there in Sydney. Welcome to the Asylum! Don't trip on the kittens, and for the love of god: sprinkle or re-hydrate at your own discretion, and a final gravity of 1020 is just asking for bottle bombs.

If you want to be noticed spell lager; larger ;)
