I have been brewing for a bit over 3 years now - pretty much went straight to all grain with a 35l Brewzilla. My very first brew was a Grain and Grape FWK and felt like I was cheating so went straight to all grain after that.
I am always willing try something new - don't like brewing/drinking the same thing over and over again. Have been lurking here for a while now and decided it was time to join. - Prost

What all-grainers have you brewed and how did they turn out. I, too, like to have a number of beers t choose from so I tend to put half a dozen or so bottles away and forget about the for a few months. It's interesting to see how they develop over time/
