Hi all, until 3 months ago I had never considered making beer, been distilling for 18 years so have a lot of AG and fermenting experience. I jumped straight in and made a AG American Pale Ale, which was very well received, 3 more brews since then, I don't actually drink Beer, but am very interested in the technical side of mashing. Very keen to learn more about Beer making and maybe some mead and cider. Cheers

Deloraine, got a pretty good hbs in Launceston, met a few brewers there at a AG beer thing, keen to meet some more people and check out different set-ups.

Hi and welcome to the forum. A brewer who doesn't drink beer, I am sure you have lots of willing friends.

It's like my wife makes me hot Indian curries and does not even taste them, relies on my feedback.
