Hi all, until 3 months ago I had never considered making beer, been distilling for 18 years so have a lot of AG and fermenting experience. I jumped straight in and made a AG American Pale Ale, which was very well received, 3 more brews since then, I don't actually drink Beer, but am very interested in the technical side of mashing. Very keen to learn more about Beer making and maybe some mead and cider. Cheers
