Hello everyone, I am from the mountains of NE Georgia. I have brewed 10 batches so far. 2 extract and the rest all grain. I have brewed two lagers so far. So I am still looking for ways to improve my process. This is one of the best hobbies I have had. I am always looking to share my information and it is great to gleam knowledge from other brewers.
